More than a dozen beer cans lay crushed on the coffee table while Jack Bauer is on TV screen across the room.<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n

The holiday season is always a hard time of year for me because it triggers up the past because it is SO in your face.\u00a0 <\/span>It is way too commercialized.\u00a0 <\/span>Its true meaning should be brought back and the time be made more simple and enjoyable.\u00a0 <\/span>Here is my depiction of what all pedophilic Santas deserve. <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

July fourth celebrates our country\u2019s independence<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

While Summer Claus steals my sweet innocence.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Now ungloved hands invading private places;<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Begin holiday traditions with him in my spaces.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Thirty-seven years have since past.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

How long will these scars last?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

So sure those twenty years of protecting children<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Would ease my own pain from no childhood protection;<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Years of therapy just aren\u2019t enough<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

To get through the years of this horrible stuff.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

So now I take pleasure in torture and violence<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Of things that make me feel small and defenseless;<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Like dismembering Santa and impaling him on the fence;<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

But being overprotective of children in my care and guidance.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Some say that one can reclaim innocence;<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

It makes to me not a bit of logical sense;<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

As becoming large and strong was my defense<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

I still struggle with holding onto my excess weight<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

As a form of protection that is well out of date.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2018Human Trafficking\u2019 has proven that I still feel some connection to my innocence<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

And also to the pain trapped inside by Santa\u2019s violation of its pure essence.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>I do not have any answers at the present;<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

But will continue to thrive in spite of all of it.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
